Good at giving people a second chance but their customer service is horrible. They never respond to emails, return phone calls, or even pick up the phone for that matter. I traded my truck in and they continue to take money from my account saying I am legally responsible for the payments still. Don’t know how I’m legally responsible for something I don’t own anymore and another dealership has bought. Stay clear unless this is your absolute last stop.

Due to the lovely Covid, I kept afloat as long as I could financially, it got to a point where catching up was more of a battle. I had to let go of the one thing I work so hard to get , my truck!, and made the decision to let her go, I tried working with the bank for options to keep it, no luck , I felt deflated after each dealer I went and spoke to, and each time my credit got hit, which made my score go down.

Very unprofessional.
I have called for the past three days in a row to get a hold of Tanisha and Erik for a past due car payment, each time I have called when I am late on a payment— they seem to not ever answer my calls but call me back in the most unreasonable times. Over the summer, I could have easily paid my vehicle off as well, emailed Tanisha and also called in to speak with anyone in regards of that, sad to say I still did not get through with any workers. I have been with Calvacade over a year, very difficult to communicate with from the beginning. I am not pleased with this company

I paid Cavalcade my car payments directly, as they were acting as a bank, due to my credit at the time. I dealt directly with Tyler and Tenisha. In which both staff were rude, unprofessional and difficult to communicate with! I I'm expected to pay $18,000 for the vehicle and then pay for the buy out fee at the end of my term which is $3,000. NO Dodge Dart is worth that much money. Especially when the owner is faced with reoccurring mechanical issues. When I tried trading in my vehicle Cavalcade told no (even though I was told I could trade my car in after 6 months).I then started pursuing other

I am so happy with my experience with Cavalcade auto! I am so lucky to have found Tyler Doyle and his team. I had a terrible experience with another dealership last year and needed a new deal. Tyler found exactly what I needed and I didn’t have to lift a finger. He and Carolee went above and beyond to make sure this experience was as painless as possible.
