We have been busy expanding our location in Hunter River as well as our seasonal location in Cavendish. Here are some pictures of the new outdoor seating area. The upper-deck is screened in to help keep any bugs out. Along with the renovations we have opted to set up a new website! Services
In addition to premium quality baked goods - we also offer an all-day breakfast menu with takeout available or your choice of indoor or outdoor seating. With a seating capacity of 50 we can accommodate group reservations or even cater events outside of normal operating hours. We can also supply larger quantities of baked goods for events upon request.

We stopped in on a rainy Saturday morning for an early breakfast (not much open at 7:30 AM.
The diner is small and therefor cozy. A very warm welcome that instantly come with coffee.
The menu is on the wall and is fairly standard, no big surprises and no fancy-dancy things. Very standard.
The food is good, well and properly prepared but again nothing fancy.
The portion is good and I could t finish mine and my wife had the 1/2 breakfast and it was too much for her.
The price is right at <$10 for the full (deluxe) breakfast. $18 for both of us with coffee.

Out and about site seeing for the day and my wife happened to find this little gem along our route.
Glad we stopped. We ordered haddock and chips as well as a roast beef sandwich. The fish was super tasty. Very lightly breaded and fried, super moist and tasty. The fries were great. The Roast Beef sandwich was served on homemade bread that tasted like it was made today (pretty sure it was) with home cooked and sliced roast beef.
Super happy to have found this little road side stop along our travels.

We sat out on the deck- every table was covered in old meals & so many flies. We cleaned a table off ourselves. We sat there for 25 minutes- the staff saw us there, but did not acknowledge us, no drinks, no menus, nothing. We were there at 130, after the lunch rush, and only a group of 3 were seated & eating- so it was not busy, yet the place was FILTHY and ZERO service. Absolutely terrible service, and just plain DIRTY. So disappointed we waisted 25 minutes of our vacation on this dump.
