As Property Manager I am working close with Mark Farquharson and Ali Kahi from Lifeline Fire Protection. I would like to compliment two distinguished staff members at Lifeline, Glennisha and Zach, who repaired my smoke alarms on May 19th. Both were very dedicated even while the alarms kept malfunctioning, and kept trying until it was successfully fixed.
Glennisha's sweet and caring manner was just what was I needed when I was becoming increasingly anxious. She went above and beyond to check on me, and make sure everything was OK. Zach was super knowledgeable and professional. I'm so grateful for all his support!

Well, with all the five star reviews we thought it would be great to work with them unfortunately I was unhappy with our interaction on quotes and pricing. After consulting another company I realized how overpriced the quotation was. Also since the annual report was about sprinklers and extinguishers they should have stuck to reporting that in the proposal.
