If I can rate the company by its customers service, it should be negative star. This is my experiences with the customer service so far:
The phone numbers listed: except for the receptionist, all others are on voice mail, I left messages but no reply.
The emails: the listed general email, no reply, direct personal emails, don’t expect a prompt reply, prompt means with 24 hours. When a reply comes, it is COVID this, Covid-19 that as excuses.
I have been trying to get items listed on the PDI fixed since June 7, it is now Nov. 11, I am still waiting. I have called and emailed multiple times since
