We specialize in a variety of projects such as Parking Lot Line Painting, Road Markings, and Hot Rubberized Crack Sealing. We work directly with Municipalities for our road marking operations, as well as paving and construction companies. Our commercial Line Painting services add curb appeal, safety, and proper traffic flow in compliance with the most current AODA Standards.
Pavement markings are crucial when it comes to safety for motorists and fluid traffic flow. Having bright markings allows for better visibility in poor weather conditions. With our industry leading MTO Approved Paints and Reflective Glass Beads, we can guarantee a long lasting, bright visible finish to every marking we apply.
We start by laying out safety cones and/or signage for the entire area where the work is to be completed. Ensuring the safety for both pedestrians and crew members. All markings whether new or existing are examined and measured prior to painting to ensure perfectly straight and symmetrical lines are applied.
Cracks can be caused by many things such as a poor base or sub base, thin material, load, salt, temperature, and water. To help prevent anymore damage, and stop water from getting under the asphalt and freezing, we apply a hot rubberized compound into each crack for a proper seal. All cracks are cleaned and prepped prior to sealing to ensure an even application, and to help the rubber bond with the asphalt.
