I had AIM Marin rebore the cylinders in my Mercury Sport Jet 175. I was quoted $400. And was told it would be ready in a 3 days. Took over two weeks, and the bill was for $700. The person at the counter was rude and condescending. Now today (6 years later) the owner is harassing me to take my review down and says I block him from leaving me a review. (I don’t have a business so I have no idea what he is talking about.

I called in and was greated kindly, which is not common in the marine world these days. Aim made time for my boat in the busy season, did great work, at a great price. Moreso, I was greated by name when I came a week later to pickup the boat. Old school. I know where I ll be bringing my boat in the spring.
