Orthopaedic Bracing Report

At Ortho Health we believe that physician collaboration and medical education are key to staying on top of the best practices in the industry. Compression Socks Report

If you are seeking relief from tired and aching legs, varicose veins or swelling, an Ortho Health Canadian Certified Athletic Therapist will assess, measure and fit you for compression stockings. We pride ourselves on the depth of knowledge and patient education that we bring as we recommend a solution that is personally suited to you.

Orthotics Report

At Ortho Health, each customer is seen by a Canadian Certified Pedorthist. Our custom orthotics are second to none. We have an on-site orthotic lab where modifications can be made by the same person that assesses you, to ensure that modifications are made to exact measurements. This allows you to get your custom orthotics quickly without compromising on your specific needs.

Pre-Operation Packages Report

At Ortho Health we understand that surgery can be a stressful experience. That's why it is our philosophy that improving a patient's recovery time is key to minimize the stress of post operative recovery. Awesome customer service! My Physician accidentally prescribed the wrong brace. After purchasing the wrong brace I was accommodated with no issues. Highly recommend.

Was sent to this business by my surgeon at RVH to purchase a wrist brace for a fractured wrist just coming out of a cast. The whole experience was new to me and my cast had just been removed. The man who fitted me rushed through the fitting and showed no compassion for the pain I was experiencing. Perhaps he was not having a good day but his service reminded me of someone who has done this many times and forgot that this is new for his customer. There are other businesses in Barrie that offer this service, might be worth checking somewhere else.

I had to get 2 braces from them and they were understanding and caring. I felt so comfortable going back to get them to help me with my uploader brace and showed me the right way to put it on and called to see how I was making out with it.

Read they closed at 5:30, I’m done work at 5:00. Rushed over there made it by 5:15 to a closed door. Don’t say you’re closed at 5:30 if no one is gonna be there until 5:30 :)

Went in for a brace that is required for a torn bicep post surgery and they were awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and took the time to really explain the recovery protocol. Great facility, very convenient to RVH.

I have had custom orthotics made from many other clinics in the past but was never really satisfied or found resolution for my pain. I was referred to Scott from my chiropractor and massage therapist and it was the best referral I had received!
Scott at Ortho Health was fantastic at fitting my custom orthotics and I no longer have ankle pain due to my flat feet. I liked my orthotics so much, I got a second pair.
Highly recommend!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced . After ordering custom orthotics , due to a foot surgery and a second broken bone. I was called at home and asked for a credit card number and they wanted full payment, in order to make them.The receptionist entered the card number incorrectly and called me 2 more times at work . When I finally went to pick them up almost 5 weeks later. I was very rudely greeted and asked where the shoes were that the orthotics were going in.??? This was Never explained to me!!
