Receptionists are nice and friendly. However my doctor seemed like she download a fake degree.
I had a second opinion on some results, and thank god I did because I would’ve had some severe health issues down the line.
She also did not notice certain results that showed up on an ultrasound and I had to probe her in order for her to even notice the bold red writing on the all black font result page.
Ultimately as a female wanting answers on what is happening with my body i would never go see dr naguless, she was not educated and did not know the answers that even a quick google search knew

My Dr. of over 20 years retired at the start of the pandemic which left it very difficult to find a new one. I was given the name of Vital Care Med Clinic by a family member and was able to get a new Dr. right away. Dr. Nagulesapillai has always been available for phone appointments and is very thorough. I hear how other people are struggling to find a good Dr. so I realize how lucky I've been.

Dr Nagules is a horrible doctor my husband went to her once a few months ago he has alot of different health problems and is trying to get on disability when he saw her she told him that she considers to be eligible disability is for someone who has lost one of their limbs !!!! He has chronic asthma his pharmacy has sent 3 REQUESTS FOR HIS PUFFER SINCE LAST WEEK AND HES STILL WAITING!!

Dr Wen always saw me in a timely manner and addressed all my concerns. The front desk staff were always helpful and they answered the phone in a courteous manner and if they needed to place me on hold, was never for very long. Ally was particularly helpful in sending my records to my new doctor as I moved from Newmarket, to another community. I would recommend VitalCare health services to anyone, and added bonus: the parking is free!

It took 2 weeks for my daughter to get a call about her bloodwork from this clinic. The values were completely off the charts!! 2 weeks and they wanted her to come in next week to talk to the “doctor”
She is hospitalized at the moment as a result of this incompetence and almost went into a coma.

I've had so many negative experiences that I am looking for a new GP. The peope at the front desk as polite and kind. However, one of the doctors is impossible to get a hold of. I have made 3 phone call appointment in just over a week and she hasn't called me any of those times, even when they were written as "urgent calls." I'm frustrated and very unhappy.

Terrible service, no other patients just me and one elderly lady in the clinic. I wasn't seen for 2 hours.. All I was there for was a prescription form which only would take 30 seconds .. 2 HOURS i waited.. would have waited longer if it wasn't for me speaking up.. Once i told the receptionist, she did a sarcastic laugh and gave me a look.. then the doctor she came in 2 minutes later. She wasn't even seeing any patients. but because i was young, i was taken advantage of.. Terrible service

I had a great experience at this clinic. Only 4 stars because of one receptionist not very helpful. She was polite but did not show an interest in helping me when I first got there.
On my way out I had to talk to another receptionist for paper work. She was very helpful, smiling and very kind to all of the patients waiting. Her name is Christina. Ask for her when you visit this clinic. She was great and made me feel comfortable.

I highly recommend this clinic, they always go above and beyond to help and provide high quality care. Kelsey, Kristina, Oksana and Paige are super friendly and ensure that the clinic is running smoothly and efficiently. My son and I are always so happy to go and see the Drs and staff, they are like family!
