I had an appointment booked for 9:30am for weeks. The week before which was last week i had multiple calls from the office requesting me to change my time, which each time they called i told them i could not change my time. I am a PSW and already switched my schedule to allow my appointment for 9:30am. So, I show up today for my 9:30am appointment and guess what, they switched it to a later time anyways, and tried telling me my appointment wasn't at 9:30am. I will be finding a different DR that actually has respect for their clients time. Stay clear

The actual doctor was great, but the receptionist was on her phone when we came in. The receptionist had a tired and unprofessional demeanor. When I asked for a copy of my measurements, she brushed me off and said go to an eyeglass store - this right after paying 100 something for an eye exam. Had to walk past reception to ask the Dr. myself - who was happy to provide the measurements I requested. If you can get past the reception, the doctor was fantastic. 1 star off for the receptionist, but a full 5 stars for the Dr.
