Poor management and owner operators.. hold the pay for a month and owners refused to pay their drivers.. wait for better company to hire you rather than keeping this one even for the worst case scenarios.. good luck

I have been working in logistics for about 10 years and have had by far the worst experiences with the 2 shipments we trusted Service Pro with. When the first one went wrong, they were quick to resolve the issue and provide a fair credit on the freight charges without us even asking for it. The 2nd shipment however, it took over ONE MONTH for a transit that should have been 3-4 days max. We got an invoice before the shipment had delivered because they didn't even know they had not completed the job. It took over a week and e-mails daily with 6 of their employees on the e-mail to get a response

Good to know their drivers are ok with driving other people off the road coming down the Rogers Pass.
