Read several reviews regarding lack of concern or disorganization, which I find my self agreeing with. Emsa has many rules and regulations which they expect the parents and players to adhere to but can ignore when it comes to them as an organization. If you as an organization are going to cite these rules to justify your decision make sure you fully understand and have adhere to them, before expecting parent and players to do so .
This is a sport where we pay good money for our kids to play and it needs to fair right across the border and not vary from game to game
Referees need to show consistency

If I could award zero stars, I would. Like others have said, the staff are discourteous and at times very rude. Perhaps it's because EMSA is poorly run and poorly managed that no one knows what's really going on. I have gotten several different answers for questions and a complete run-around because it seems like no one wants to deal with parent concerns. I agree with the other parents who say registration is an absolute pain. I hated doing it every year. The site is not user friendly. I withdrew my child well before the season began and wasn't able to get 80% of my money back while another parent

The facilities are fine but the EMSA organization is poorly run. Be prepared to be frustrated new parents!! They send out pages upon pages of tangential information but fail to tell you pertinent things like what age is U8? What are the division boundaries? What date and time are games? It’s a complete gong show.

I wish there were more options in the community but alas we’re handcuffed to this organization. Horribly run. Beyond the severe disorganization; I’ve encountered embarrassingly rude staff year after year within the administration. The registration process is both inefficient and a money grab. I had volunteered in the past to support my team however the experience was absolutely horrible and the full shift of volunteers shared the same experience. The equipment manager was beyond rude and unappreciative if anyone’s help, support, or time. One parent walked out; the rest vowed to never assist
