I snapped the connector of my USB key yesterday - my ENTIRE life was on that USB including a paper due tomorrow at noon.... I called them first thing this morning and they asked me to bring it in, but said no guarantees (which I completely understood, I didn’t even know they were fixable). I brought it in and the lovely gentleman fixed it! He saved me so much stress and so much frustration! Great, friendly, fast service! I highly recommend them!

I needed my xplornet service moved and was sent to LR Brown Audio Visual Ltd. I waited 3 weeks for them to call me for an appointment. They never called. I called Xplornet asking why I have not received a call and they could not give me an answer as they said they had reached out to LR Brown Audio Visual Ltd 2 times. Every time I called this company I was told that a service provider would not be in the office till 2pm. This was very inconvenient.
When I finally reached someone that could help me they said that they have never received a file from Xplornet. I changed dealers and had an appointment
