Worst rental place ever. They have zero compassion. When I had to go to the hospital for emergency surgery I asked them if I could pick up payments on my blue ray player which was almost paid for and they said no. I would have to return it and start over after my surgery. So I paid almost the whole amount and lost it. I will never rent from them again.

Just got a tv stand with a wall mount they were supposed to set up my payments bi-weekly but didn't...have been having problems for getting set up for my bi-weekly payments but I have to agree with everyone they are friendly

This is great place to shop for those who have little to no credit such as myself the men are polite and very help full and it's a happy place to walk in. I have been a costumer for over 5 years and as of today another year lol

Best place to rent stuff, there amazing and work with you when renting anything from them. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I fully recamend them to anyone looking for beds couch any systems there great.

Great staff and amazing quality. We have items that are over 10 years old that are still in fantastic shape. Whoever says the product is cheap has clearly either never purchased anything or misused their items.

Great service ! Today I went into Rental City Orillia looking for a sofa. They had a good selection of good quality furniture. Kevin was great and he had a recommendation for me and no more than 10 minutes later I was registered, paid and on my way. The delivery arrived at the time I requested later this afternoon. Great delivery people too ! Top notch guys ! This transaction could not have been any easier.
