Our Orca Realty Team works closely with our clients through all stages of property management from locating and selecting the best and most reliable tenants to applying thorough screening analysis of potential tenants. We collect rent, assist with maintenance and repairs, perform evictions if necessary, provide 24/7 service and property status updates, monthly property financial statements and deposit our clients' monthly rental incomes.

I would avoid renting from this company at all costs - they will do whatever they need to squeeze your deposit and delay repairs. The property manager is extremely unprofessional and wasn't able to get requests done in a timely manner and would often tell you to communicate with Strata even though tenants who are renting are not allowed to. Every bit of communication is combative and she makes you feel that you should be grateful that she did her job. Massive lesson learned - they represent the landlord and their obscure requests and will take their sweet time with repairs but will force your hand

I’ve never, ever, literally ever found a better, more responsive, more understanding and supportive property manager in my life. Mike is so awesome - he’s the #1 reason I’m staying with Orca (just signed a long term extension on a property from Orca, managed by Mike). With a lot of competition, they stand out by being communicative, extremely profession and deal with any issues promptly. From day one, they were organized and were always prepared with showings and any meetings. We were very impressed with their professionalism, their responsiveness, and, most importantly, the excellent results they achieved for us. They probably have the worst customer service I've ever seen. They put up a place for listing, you email, call, text and they keep ghosting you. Once in a while for some properties they might answer just to tell you the listing is gone only to see it being updated the next day with a lower price? It almost seems like they're trying to stall renting properties as long as possible or not rent it to some people and are very selective. I would hundred percent NOT recommend this company to anyone to use to rent their properties or rent from them.

We recently rented a property through Orca Realty, and had a fantastic experience dealing with Mike and others in the organization. Mike had shown us another property before this one, and was very polite, on-time, and absolutely no pressure tactics. He also took all necessary steps required to keep us and the homeowners safe during this time of Covid! Orca ensured the landlord and my family came to an agreement about payments, maintenance, etc. Overall a great experience and look forward to working with them again when we move!

As a rented property owner, I have worked with several property management company before. Orca realty is the best one which I would like highly recommend to my friends. My overall impression of Orca is that it is professional, honest and customer-oriented company.

He was so professional that he can give a very accurate price which not only satisfied me but also attracted the potential tenant. Would not recommend at all. The agent I dealt with was Samantha and she was not professional at all. Had to reach out to her multiple times just to get a reply. After viewing an apartment and filling out the application, I had to follow up with her 5 days after application was completed to see what was going on and she said that she was waiting to… hear back from the landlord. 2 days passed with no answer so I followed up again and the agent never responded. I had to go on the companies website to see if the apartment was still available which it wasn’t. You have enough time to update

Prepare to be ghosted, lied to and asked if you have kids repetitively... and when you say no they’ll ask, “are you sure?” But mostly it’s ghosting that sucks. 4 of us all contacted the same two agents about the same locations and we were all ghosted or told they would respond on a certain day and they just vanished. AND they did two credit checks on the same account for the same house!!! Why?!?!?! 🤦♀️🤦♀️ 👎🏽👎🏽

Wow the level of incompetency from this company is astounding coming from one of their employees Samantha Wong. Even when leaving feedback of my situation with her and the company I never received any reply back. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. They have ZERO respect for potential clients
