The lawyer is ok, but don't count on him to act in your interest if there are issues, and his assistant is NOT professional at all and has no patience. I don't recommend them unless you are confident your deal will go through without a hitch. I had far better experience with another law office in the past. In the future, I would rather drive 2 hr to my previous lawyer than do business with Rose Law again.
