Based in Alberta, we have successfully completed numerous projects in the province, as well as in other jurisdictions such as British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario, North West Territories, and the State of Washington.

Harold graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1967. He has been a member of APEGA since 1970, and brings over 50 years of local and international experience in both private and public sectors.
Harold utilizes his extensive expertise and in-depth knowledge to provide overall direction and coordination at all stages of development from conception to post-completion, making sure that projects are delivered on time and on budget, meeting clients' requirements and expectations.
