Condominium Property Act mandates completion of a reserve fund study every 5 years in Alberta. I emailed information for a Reserve Fund Study Report back on October 25, 2021 to Shantal Kalakaloo. It is now December 16, 2021 and I still haven't received an update. When called to speak to her about this, I got nothing but attitude over the phone, claiming that she is working on an announcement to Wade's clients that has to go out tomorrow and that she cant help out with my request until next week.
Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. In my last 10 years of working with Wade, I have never encountered such poor service.

Wade assessed our roofing proposal, bid from the contractor and talked about value for the products used. They confirmed our ventilation solutions, made suggestions as to quality and size of vents and stressed value for dollar spent. They reported on every building. When deficiencies were located they worked with the contractor and reported when the deficiencies were corrected. Reports were easy to read, extremely informative and Florian answered all questions and took the time necessary to fully explain everything.

We started to use Wade Engineering in 2017 to do our Reserve Fund Study. The report we got back was one of the most comprehensive and easy to read and understand that our complex had ever received. In 2018/2019 we once again turned to Wade Engineering to guide us through a 1.04 million dollar paving job. From initial report to quote proposal to project management Wade Engineering's staff made sure our job was being done properly and to the quoted standard. Once again in 2020 we have hired Wade Engineering to update our Reserve Fund Report. I and my board certainly recommend Wade Engineering as

Very poor planning, likes to act like an "engineer" but has no knowledge of actual building codes or proper materials, can't organize jobs at all, I needed to lose 4 days of work to have upper floor windows one day, main floor windows and other day, patio door another day, and blown in insulation another day. Save your money and look else where, charges 400,000$ on a 1.9 million building refurbishment to lay a scope of work and approve building code. Which a city engineer will do for the cost of the building permit. Useless crooks who prey on the uneducated and gullible, find a more reputable company
