For over a decade, Dr. Joel Richards has been serving the needs of London Ontario residents by helping them to live their best life. At the Cafe of Life Chiropractic Studio Dr. Joel provides customised care plans for everyone in the family. He has particular expertise in delivering top-notch prenatal and pediatric care.
Chiropractors check and adjust the spine. When we do an evaluation, we're assessing the severity of the misalignments in the back and neck. If they exist, we start a correction process. Through that corrective process, the spine begins to heal and becomes more mobile. The majority of our practice members experience better health and improved vitality when adjusted on a consistent basis.
When a female enters the state of pregnancy, many changes take place in the body. I went to Dr. Joel Richards, seeking an immediate relief from a bad back. Not only did he make adjustments to give me immediate relief, but also put me on a plan that could potentially address other issues I was having. My visits to the clinic are so helpful and provide great relief especially when I am sitting long hours in-front of the computer these days. :)

I'm so happy that I found Dr. Joel and Debbie because they are both truly amazing. Debbie always greets you warmly when you arrive and makes sure you are taken care of. Dr. Joel has magic hands. I have Spinal Stenosis which there is no cure for and the pain can sometimes get to 100. Dr. Joel did the initial assessment and the image looked pretty gloomy and made me feel that this probably wasn't going to work, however, the second imaging showed a completely different picture. I reviewed it with him and said "that's great", he said "it's good" :) I have so many pain free

Never thought in a million years I would check myself in to see a chiropractor let alone while pregnant. Google brought me to Dr.Joel and while all my problems have not gone away understandably, he has definitely helped make this journey through pregnancy more comfortable and in more ways than I originally intended. Dr. Joel is not only a good chiropractor which he has demonstrated to me through his technique, knowledge base and plan of care but he is also professional, compassionate and personable. Straight forward and efficient. I haven’t had full range of motion in my neck for years, specifically since two years ago after a head injury which left me with 20% mobility. Within three visits I’m able to move my head freely and most often without pain. My doctor didn’t believe me and having some validation of an invisible injury was extremely beneficial for my physical health and mental well being. Thanks!

So where do I begin? I have been to 3 prior chiropractors over the past 5 years but nothing compares to Dr. Joel. Before seeing him, yet regularly seeing a different chiropractor, I was still having daily headaches and back pain with needing my husband to crack my back. I have now had 3 visits with dr. Joel and he has changed my life!! My… headaches have stopped and I have yet to ask my husband to stand on my back because it does not hurt anymore. Another fantastic change is that I have suffered with constipation for 20 years and I now am a regular girl 😁 . I can not say enough great

Caution: the initial assessment is $120 and will not do any adjustments until another appointment scheduled. I called other chiropractors in the city and there are others offering assesments and adjustments same day for less of a charge. I'm sure this place does good work base on reviews but beware that you will not recive an adjustment in the initial assessment and seemed overpriced for just an intake.

Our whole family has been seeing Dr.Joel for almost 10 years. We have seen our health change from acceptable to incredible. We have just made it through this past winter without any big viruses making their way through our house. My kids have also never needed antibiotics. Having their spines checked regularly keeps their bodies functioning at the best level possible. Thanks Dr. Joel!
