I grew up in London, Ontario and knew I would eventually be back working in the community I love! I completed my bachelor of Kinesiology at McMaster University in 3 years then continued on to the world renowned Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. During my 4 years at the college I completed additional courses in Thompson Technique, Peripheral Neural Dynamics and Functional Biomechanical Assessment.
Some of the things patients come to see us for are; neck, back, and hip pain, epicondylitis, knees and feet, headaches and migraines, health and wellness, and athletic and biomechanical assessment. Chiropractic care is unique because we are the most qualified health practitioners in assessing and detecting areas of decreased motion, or segmental joint restrictions throughout your spine.

Alex is by far the best chiropractor I have ever been treated by, his attention to detail is second to none. He was able to solve nagging back pain I had been having for years in just a couple sessions with him. He takes his time to assess you as an individual and also offers great advice to incorporate into your lifestyle. You can tell he truly cares about the health of his patients. With slight to severe dizziness over a 5 year span. I made an appt. to see Dr. Alex Sutherland. His extreme knowledge of cervicogenic dizziness set me at ease. His treatments and vitamin therapy has ended my dizziness. And they said it was all in my head....no... it was all in my neck all this time, thanks to Dr. Alex. The staff are very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this chiropractic office to anyone valuing their health.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Scott & now Dr. Alex for 7ish years. They are extremely passionate about your overall well-being. Every session is more than just an adjustment. They both take time to ensure that you are staying healthy in other ways (stress management, physical activity etc), and they’ll even give you the encouragement and tools to do so.

I've had back pain for years. I've had the pleasure of being adjusted by both Dr. Scott and his son Dr. Alex. They are both passionate, professional, engaged, and talented. The girls who work the desk are very kind and incredibly kind and thoughtful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for help. The staff at Sutherland Chiropractic care about their patients. I've been going to Sutherland Chiropractic the past few weeks due to back pain. This is my first time in 31 years going to see a chiropractor. Dr. Alex and the team have been amazing. I have felt instant results even after just my 1st visit. The team at the front desk always greet me by name even with a mask on they know who you are. I have gone several time and always leave feeling refreshed. Not only is Dr. Alex great at explaining the process to you he is also informative on different techniques and exercises to help me to keep things moving. Always look forward to my visits.

This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I was quite nervous and doubtful about the potential outcome. The staff are super awesome, upbeat, and very positive, from the ladies at the front desk to Dr. Alex. Dr. Alex made time to really listen and understand my experience and lifestyle which I believe is always the best. After the discussion, he completed a thorough assessment based on the answers I provided on a comprehensive evaluation form. Dr. Alex Sutherland took the time and care to assess my chronic neck pain. Since I have been under his care I have experienced a complete turn around in my neck mobility as a result completely relieving my chronic headaches.
