The Goalkeeper Academy (GKA) is a new offering for players aged U8-U18 seeking position specific that builds upon the 4 Corners Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) Model. OISC'S Goalkeeper Academy (GKA) has been created to provide position specific training for keepers to complement team training. Our goal is to support our GKA Keepers encouraging their love of the position.
The Player Development Program (PDP) is a new offering for players aged U9-U18 seeking additional training that builds upon the 4 Corners Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) Model. The PDP will be a blended learning environment where players will train once per week within a cohort of PDP players with a focus on individual player development, rather than team development.
The sessions will take place on the turf facilities at Franco Cite High School and Hillcrest. Specific fields will be determined once registrations are finalized. Any volunteer coaches that have supported the program in the summer are welcome to continue and should let the DSP coordinator know (support@ottawasoccer.com).
Support the team in its efforts to provide a positive atmosphere where children can learn and make mistakes with no stress to win. Encourage players, coaches and opponents in their efforts to learn and applaud good performance by all, including referees. Leave coaching to the coaches. Parents should not be stepping onto the field during practices or coaching from the sidelines, unless invited by the coaches of the team.
Getting the system operational and tested took longer than anticipated but we hope this will make registering easier for our members. We appreciate your patience. Long Term Player Development, also known as LTPD, is the Canadian Soccer Association model designed to optimize excellence and lifelong wellness through soccer.

This is an excellent club. Very talented players and dedicated coaches. The competitive league requires commitment and hard work from players. This club does not push additional programs as a requirement to stay on a competitive team. Its a team that grows together and is united. It’s one of the top clubs.

The person in the office is very rude. I registered my son two weeks ago and did not hear anything from them. The coaches let my son play since he already registered. So today the lady in the office now tells me we have to give you a refund because .u5s group was cancelled a while ago that is two week ago so why are they telling me today. The coaches on the field have no idea what's going on ... You ask them something they are very rude . And now I understand tension starts in the office and makes its way to the soccer field I honestly was looking forward for my son to be in a club where he can

Club is speeding down since the head coach left and temporary management with no soccer experience is running the show. Stopped seeing them in the league plays. Where are you, Internationals?
