Family optical is a great place to go if you need some new eyewear! I got some glasses recently and they were ready in about 4 days! Staff was very friendly and gave you tips on which glasses would suit your face. Even tho the place is very tiny it has a bunch of personality! I would definitely recommend this place to friends/family and I’m and coming back here for another pair of glasses!

I received an eye exam at this location for the first time and the staff were so nice and accommodating. I didn't plan on purchasing a pair of glasses from them, but the staff were so patient and dealt with my ever changing back and forth indecisiveness. After the help of all the staff and their attentiveness to what I wanted I purchased a new pair of glasses. I appreciate all their help and kindness, I will be coming to this location from now on.

I was just here today I came in with a broken arm on my glasses. They were super helpful with finding me frames that were within my budget and fast with their service. I’m not sure why they have 1 stars when the service I had was fast, efficient and super easy. I recommend this place for sure ! Thanks for helping me. :)
