AVOID THIS COMPANY IF POSSIBLE! They took over the management for my condo corp. They are crooks! I pay monthly fees and we are not even allowed to utilize amenities like guest parking without getting ticketed close to $100. They put up signs saying you must register guest cars but provide 0 instruction on how to do so. We were never given notice! We were never even told they took over management - which you think would be common courtesy? We have dozens of UNUSED, EMPTY parking spots because no residents know how to contact them and register their guests. A waste of space!!!! Every resident's

If I could give them no starts I would, by far this is the worst PM out there. They are managing the building I live in for couple years and things are getting worse by the day... From micky mouse landscaping to no Garabge pickup. Window cleaning was never done since we moved in couple years now and yet they are cleaning windows in November!!!! Hope soon to terminate this comonay and get some one that cares about our biggest investment.

Horrible management! Soheila Kowsar is rude, not helpful at all, management skills, people skills and definitely communication skills needs a lot of work. I have only been at my condo for one month now and I can't believe what I've had to endure from such a person. If I could give this ZERO stars I would. Hopefully one day I can say something positive but as of right now, I have nothing.
