When I first got policy my premium was 350$ that was great considering a driver with g2. I changed my address my premium is 650$ after getting my G and asked them to lower it they refused with no reason. when I kept asking they came back to me saying that I got my g2 slightly over a year. Does not make any freaking sense I have no claims no tickets noting also I'm 30 years old married and my car is underground parking. ADVISE stay away from this company they are scammers they just let you in and then they will raise your premiums. Not to forget to mention the poor customer service skills .

I contacted this company to get a car insurance quote and requested to proceed via email as I'm currently getting quotes from multiple companies and would like the pricing and details in writing. The broker that contacted me, Neal, refused to continue via email and said his company will not issue quotes over email, ONLY over the phone. RED FLAG! It's easy to dupe someone over the phone when you don't have the clauses and coverage details in front of you. I've leaned this the hard way with previous insurers, never again! BEWARE! Thankfully there are plenty of reputable companies that do not employ

I was wanting to finalize auto and home insurance quotes this week after receiving a quote from Begin Insurance last week. After doing an online quote yesterday at 3pm I received a call from Stephanie Li, a few minutes later. I needed insurance quick as I need it to register the car I bought, she had me signed up within a couple hours, and the insurance was started today (the next day), she even stayed late to ensure she received all the forms. She was quick and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend working with Begin Insurance and Stephanie to anyone.
