For the new location in Southgate Shopping Centre, we were responsible for the complete restaurant interior. The interior designers wanted to incorporate a number of robust steel features into their new location in downtown Edmonton to achieve an industrial feel.

Poor customer service and lack of communication on their end resulted in the wrong countertop being made and delivered. They made an attempt to rectify their mistake which I did appreciate but then they ended up not actually following through on their promise. I repeatedly had to call after our meeting to try and recieve a new quote for the new countertop I wanted but to no avail. In the end I took the countertop made in error and received a discounted price which I think is what they were hoping I would do. The countertop is fine enough (even if it isn't what I ordered) but their customer really
