First, I want to say I never post reviews, but in this case, I feel I have to. I went to this salon just to have gel nails removed. Wherever else I have gone this is done by soaking nails in acetone and then scraping gel off. When i saw her take a drill to my nails, i asked her and about this and she said not to worry this is how they do it. I tried to talk to her, but she barely spoke English. She hurt me several times during procedure, she used drill to do entire removal. I have been their customer for a long time referring all my friends and family but when I called once to say my shellac came off after only a couple of days,they asked me to go there to fix. When I went there they refused to fix and said it is supposed to last for 3 days and after 3 days I have to pay again to do.
I don’t go there anymore and I was more upset why they didn’t tell me that on the phone they made me go such long way maybe hoping I would pay again to get my nails done after only a couple days.

This place is definitely a very safe and friendly environment to get your nails done! The staff are very nice to me and gave me lots of recommendations. I am really satisfied with my manicure and pedicure done a few days ago. The tools are cleaned and sanitized which makes me feel very comfortable. The girl doing my manicure was very patient and gentle. My nail artist and I had a short conversation and she was so kind and sweet. The owner is nice as well. I would like to thank these women for providing me with great service during such the hard times of covid-19💕

I think this is one of the best places in Vaughan. I love this salon. the staff is very professional. all services are done fast which I love and at the same the quality of the work is impeccable! They understand current fashion trends, have amazing colour choices for shellac, and the gel nails stay without breaking at least 4 weeks. I love this place and highly recommend it.

I would recommend this Nail Salon. The place is busy for a Friday afternoon but we were aknowledged and taken in almost immediately. The employees are friendly and the head cashier makes a point of learning your name. I am impress that they use a plastic cover in the pedicure basin for cleanliness. This cover is disposed of with each new customer. When my friend couldn't decide the color between 2 different brands she was told one brand is not as good comparing to the other. This helped my friend to decide. I like how they put the nail polish on the actual nail for you to decide if you like

Initially I wanted to give this place 4-5 stars for their good service. The person who did my nails did a seemingly good job and helped pick my colour well. I didn’t feel like she rushed it but rather took her time to make sure I liked everything. However, the comments are true. They will talk a lot infront of you in their own language, but this didn’t really bother me. I did feel at times they were making comments at me but it was hard to tell. I had gotten biogel nails and over 2 weeks, they all broke off strangely, one by one. They didn’t hurt or anything but half the nail would come off

My wife and I went for a mani-pedi for me and my wife just had a pedicure. My operator used the razor on my feet and made two cuts that bled . One profusely. No apology and then used a regular pair of nail clippers on my toenails. Didn't use cutting tweezers and just pushed back the cuticles. Left my feet bleeding and had to change the bandage twice while I was there! My hands felt like sandpaper. They still charged for the full mani-pedi. I would highly not recommend this place. First the owner didn't get my appt. time correct and the technician chewed me out for coming in the wrong time. Then after coming in for a bio gel refill in a timely fashion my nails were cracked, chipped and the nail polish coming off. When I asked why the technician said there was not enough of a layer of gel to hold it. To make matters worse she hurt me with the sander to take off the previous colour and not only took off the colour and gel ,but injured my nail bed as she stripped the nail too thin while sanding. I come here every two weeks to get my shellac manicure done. Wendy, the head receptionist, is so sweet and extremely accommodating. I rarely make an appointment before going and always get served within 10 minutes of arrival.
All of the nail technicians are nice, precise and deliver a good manicure.

Probably the worst nail salon I have ever gone to. Felt terribly rushed the whole time, as if they wanted nothing more than to get me out the door as soon as possible so they can take more clients. They charged 5$ for a sticker design and the woman put it on crooked. She also scratched the bottom of my foot for the foot file, and now it hurts each time I step on it. Will not be going back.

Very thorough job and fair price. The owner and her daughter were very pleasant and accommodating. The interior is nicely designed and clean. The nail technicians are patient and attentive. Just a warning, the weekends are extremely busy and there could be a wait. It's better to go early on a weekday.

Is there a ZERO star option? By far the WORST shellac manicure I've ever received in my life. They refuse to use more than 2 coats of colour on the nails, even after I insisted they refused. Their polish selection is awful, The staff has so much attitude. Shellac manicure experience resulted in the polish not reaching my cuticles, so my nails look grown out, despite them being freshly done. I had my first experience at Nails To Go yesterday. They had a great selection of nail polish, Essie, Nailene, and OPI. They had a technician working on my mani and another working on my pedi. My pedi looks flawless and the lady took a lot of time and patience doing them. Because I forgot my sandals, she was kind enough to lather my toes in oil and wrapped them in Saran Wrap. The lady who did my mani, on the other hand, left me with a lot of pain as she over filed my nails and overcut my cuticles even though I told her not to cut them.
