Hanny is a very dedicated and passionate professional. Very knowledgeable and attentive to details. Perfectioninst in everything she does. We'll, she'll probably make you hold your hands in a certain way under the UV lamp, so your shellac cures evenly : She will always try to accomodate you at the time convenient to you.
I've been going to the Hanny Spa for over 2 years now, and I'm happy I don't have to look for my beauty and massage professional anymore. Hanny Spa also uses a unique line of high quality products made by a Canadian laboratory. The prices are avarage for the industry. Thanks Hanny and keep up the great work.

Hanny always remembers all my stories where we left off even if it's been months. Her aesthetician work is above and beyond. She continues to get more education and stay up to date with practices and equipment. Always clean, polite and professional. Never pushes products on you. She treats her staff so well you can tell they are happy to be there and learn as well. I got my first Brazilian done by her years ago and no one does it as well as her only reason I saw others was because I wasn't living in the neighborhood. I will never stray again! She is worth the trip! Makes you feel so comfortable

Saw some reviews while looking for a nail place near me and the 5 star ratings is 100% well deserved! My technicians definitely knew what they were doing and were super friendly and hospitable! They had done things that I've never had done during other nail appointments leaving me thinking "why hasn't anyone ever done this before??" because the fact they did, made so much sense
They payed so much attention to detail and made sure it was perfect all while making sure I was comfortable and liked the process

She is so amazing. The work is absolutely sparkling and gorgeous. She herself is very patient and detailed in her work. She even stayed in after hours to make sure the job was perfectly done — deserves more than a 5 star!!! I fully recommend! The costumer service is so on point! And she always gives u advice for your nails and fully takes care of them PROPERLY! Never seen someone as hardworking as her!! 100% would go again!

I was in desperate need of a manicure and I found this little spa by chance. I didn't have an appointment, but Hanny accommodated me and made me feel welcome. She totally transformed my nails, and this is the first time I've left a nail salon completely satisfied with my manicure! The salon is very clean, and Hanny is professional and pleasant. I will definitely return in the future.

Very clean place with professional staff. It was my first time here and I had a wonderful experience! I had shellac in other salons and I was not happy as they made my nails sensitive and it was very hard for me to work with my hands. Once I went to this professional ladies, I understood what shellac means and I was so satisfied with timing and how gentle they worked on my nails. It was first time that my mom and my cousin mentioned my nails and just asked me about it! The shellac is so clean and careful without any free spot! And to be honest this is the first time I am happy with my nails shape

I had been looking for somewhere in Markham to go for gel fills after getting fed up with my regular place in U’ville after they butchered my daughter’s nails and refused to give her a refund. I researched Hanny Spa and was encouraged by the reviews I read. I wasn’t deterred by the mediocre Yelp rating since it was based on stale data. I am so glad I gave Hanny Spa a chance. It doesn’t look like a spa; the space is very small and very clean and is located in a warren of stall-like shops in a condo/shopping complex but the attitude and skill of the people who work there more than make up

My first experience with Hanny was 5 years ago when I got my nails done for prom. I LOVED the outcome and the manicure lasted forever!
Fast forward to today, Hanny Spa totally saved my life, and helped make my nails look STUNNING for my College Grad Portraits!

This tiny little place is super clean and comfortable. Hanny is an extraordinary esthetician. She really takes her time to get to know you and your nails, from day one. I had such a hard time looking for a nail salon that would check mark all my boxes and Hanny Spa did it! Her customer service is exceptional and her work shows how much she loves what she does. I am going to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a to go to nail salon that won't disappoint!

Worst service ever, they over change, they rush you, and they don't even have the right equipment to call themselves spa. They are losing clients and employees because of their poor service and extremely bossy management, if you complain once she will make sure to make your visit unpleasant with her attitude. Going there for the past 5 years, you would at least expect a little customer appreciation but Hanny doesn't even care if her customers go back or not which explains why her nail salon (not spa) is so empty all the time.

I was a long term client of Hanny's, even before she took over from the previous salon that was there. She was a very sweet and did excellent work. My nails, eye brow waxing and pedicures were always flawless. I stopped going in the fall of 2013, bc Hanny herself had changed.
I feel stupid saying this, but I had 3 consecutive bad experiences, so I can no longer write it off as a bad day.
All 3 times she was late, 10-15 min initially, but the last time 30 min! I was already soaking
