I booked them and had to change my date according to the seller and they were very accommodative. They responded on time. Inspector was on site before booking time. Very thorough inspection and detailed report. They have good equipment and they know the latest safety laws and regulations well. I am glad I did my prepurchase home inspection with them

A bit late with this review but felt it was well-earned by this company, YG Home inspection Services. I chose them based upon the many positive reviews online and was not disappointed! I called for general info on a Monday, booked the inspection online on the Tuesday, had the inspection done on the Thursday and had the full report in my inbox on the Friday! I needed an urgent inspection, with one day notice, on a property in Saint-Lazare. YG over the phone assured me to assign an inspector and Ilya was there during weekend right on time. He was professional and very educative during the work. The report came on time, and my questions afterward was answered as well. Hands down the best inspection services you could ask for. Very receptive to questions, even the more obvious ones :P The inspectors were very thorough and the reports are incredibly descriptive; even the specialist was impressed with the amount of detail. Since some real estate agents have made underhanded deals with some inspectors to pass off less than ideal homes to buyers, you really want to hire someone you can trust! I highly recommend YG Home Inspection. Yevgeny arrived on time, he was professional and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and gave us additional information about certain aspects of the home we were worried about. Sent a detailed report 24 hours after the inspection. Overall a great experience.
