The Karol Bartnicki inspection team is top notch! We had them inspect a 1973 home we had an accepted offer on. The same day of the inspection, we received the report via email. The report was very detailed but yet very straight forward and easy to comprehend for a regular person without much construction knowledge. Our realtor who has been in the business 11 years even commented it was the best one he had seen to date. Thanks to the detailed report and it’s timeliness, we decided to walk away from the home.
