Graham Auctions is a great place to shop if you want to avoid the crowds at the big box stores. They advise of any damage and the photos are great. The staff are friendly and work to get your items quickly. It is a convenient location for me and an excellent way for me to stock up. I would definitely recommend!

The staff does not seem to be checking products before listing them with the condition they are actually in. Listed as a boxed return was a Black and Decker oven that was so dirty it looked like it was cooked in for 6 months then taken to auction to resell. The gravity chair I bought in the last online auction was listed as new but found very obvious damage. In plain view but not listed as such in the listing as I took screenshots of the description page ... the armrest was smashed to pieces and not replaceable as I contacted the manufacturer. The floor fan was listed as new but found it was also

Went there to get furniture and was told I'd be getting two pieces for a certain price. When I went to go pay they told me it was for each piece and just kept blaming me saying I don't know anything about the auction etc. They then showed me other offers on the item and threaten to ban me from every auction in Alberta if I didn't pay them. The old lady supposedly the manager was providing horrible customer service and was disrespectful. I wouldn't go back even if I was paid to.
They barely know how to run an auction and are not fit to even run one.
