I worked with Kelly to have my Forest and Nature School insured. I wasn't sure what to expect because of the alternative nature of our programs. Kelly knew exactly what I needed and walked me through the entire process. If I had a question or a concern about the details of my policy's coverage, she took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. I have always received excellent service from Advocate, and my most recent experience was no exception. My vehicle was damaged while parked outside a house in Fort Myers, Florida. My insurance company withheld the deductible pending reimbursement from the US insurance company of the at fault driver. Four months, later, with no reimbursement in sight, Linda Bradley, my advocate, convinced the insurance company to give me the $1000 in advance of their receipt as a gesture of goodwill. Advocate always does the right thing, even when it seems impossible! Thanks, Linda and Advocate!

On October 31st 2020 my car, in which I was a passenger was rear ended at a stop light. I did notify Advocate immediately and they set up both property and medical claims. However, after hearing nothing useful from my insurance company for 5 days, I phoned Advocate and got a response from a supervisor of my insurance company within the hour.

I’ve been working with advocate insurance(the Heaman family) for almost 30 years now. I must say they have honestly never disappointed me, in fact, they go above and beyond my expectations. Unfortunately I have had a few claims over my years and Linda Bradley has been a real pleasure to work with during these times.
I hear people complaining regularly about their insurance broker and how difficult it is to process a claim. I always question why they are not working with Advocate???
