Had the absolute greatest experience with Carmen in the service dept! I had my sled looked over at another dealership and the cost didn’t make sense for the repairs. I called and talked to Carmen who listened and walked me through what was actually needed, and I brought it in happily to have the team at st onge look it over. There was more to be… done than the previous dealership found. I had the st onge team do all the repairs and was aware of everything along the way, amazing customer service! When I came to pay and pickup i actually spent more money on accessories i was so happy

I have bought a TON of bikes and recreational "toys" over the past 20 years and never have I had such a lousy service. The bad reviews (and boy there are a lot of them) are right. This place is terrible. I went in to buy a snowmobile, ATV and Seadoo. They only had snowmobiles available so after a brief conversation I decided to buy one. Clark, the… salesman, told me Skidoo was offering a "no payments for 6 months finance program". I clarified with him 3 times that the Skidoo I was buying qualified for the program.
