Performance Recreation Sales are authorized full servicing dealers for Kawasaki, Polaris, MerCruiser power sport products and carry Tahoe as well as several other boat lines. Performance Recreation Sales, now in its 30th year, started as a one man operation (Glenn McEachern) back in 1988 by importing used boats from the U.S.A.

The original location was a 1200 square foot rented operation on Hwy# 11 north of Orillia, ON. In 1989 the company purchased the existing sales building. After renovating in 1990 Glenn acquired the Kawasaki franchise and with one mechanic and one parts manager, Glenn continued on. In 1991 Performance Recreation added the Polaris franchise.

My experience at Performance Recreation was not what I was expecting heard really good reviews about them , the young guy at the front desk was very polite but when I went back to the shop to drop my ATV off I experienced a totaly different encounter was spoken to very rudely, didn't unload my ATV ,left, and dropped it off at Byres equipment where I was treated like a customer and a nuisance.I realize these are difficult times but no one who wants to give you business should be spoken to like that

We where looking at buying at buying one of the motorcycles we had seen on their website but walked in an no one seemed interested in getting us a price. We were wearing masks and noticed that nobody else was so we got out quickly. Rather bizarre experience.

Great service called to get a part for a snow machine which was 25 yrs old but they had to order 10 only to sell all to the customer, which wasn't feasible. So he gave me the part number in order to speed up finding it at another source. This is top gun salesmenship. Thank you.

Prime example of a great Canadian! Had concerns about a bearing on a trailer but popped into this place and buddy greased my bearings and would not take any money. Guys like this make me proud to be Canadian! Top notch service! I wish I could give him 10 stars.
