Had a great experience from start to finish. I called and talked to Barclay about hot tubs and he answered any question I had. We were able to go in and wet test the tub before buying and that is what sealed the deal for us. We were able to pick the style, options and colours we wanted and both Jeremy and Barclay were very accommodating. Once the tub was ordered they updated me weekly on the status. I was giving a tentative date of October 15th but I was pleasantly surprised when they called me on September 29 and told me my tub was in and I had it installed on Oct 2nd. The installation was a breeze

We were happy to have been referred to Barclay and the team. Having friends who owned Jacuzzi brand, we knew we would be getting a great tub. Any questions we had were answered without any hesitation. There was no wait for us to get our tub and the installation team was seamless. Super knowledgeable staff with lots of years experience behind them.

We purchased a J345 Jacuzzi recently and absolutely love it. We haven’t owned a hot tub before so we came into Simply Home & Leisure with many questions. Barclay showed us around and guided us through all our questions without any pressure. The “ wet test” display in the store is awesome! We got to jump in a Jacuzzi and take our time testing out the features while the kids watched the big screen TV. Once we finalized the purchase and took delivery, Jeremy and his team made sure we were comfortable operating it and find it easy to care for. We feel confident we are in good hands in regards

Well the time had come to send our old Arctic Spa off into the so called Hot-tub graveyard as it was time to replace thee old tub. Times have changed greatly since we purchased our first tub so the first thing we did was to go and talk to Barclay, who was our original tub sales rep as not only is Barclay extremely knowledgeable about everything related to the hot-tub industry but his customer service is second to none. Initially we were surprised that Barclay was no longer selling the Arctic spa's however we were extremely pleased when we found out that he had branched out on his own and teamed
