Recently, my wife and I had Jim Knox as our realtor and we would advise anyone entertaining him as their agent...beware, he's more of a coffee sipper than a good, honest reliable and knowing agent. He's more interested in his Toast Master's Club and other outside activities. Oh, he'll get your trust, stating that he's only a phone call away and promise you the world but talk is cheap. Jim Knox is really only interested in the MONEY and not the well being of his clients.
