I contacted Michelle for my first purchase in 2017. I've since re-used her for my refinance this past year. During my initial purchase she walked me through the entire process when me met in person and during the re-finance she was attentive and quick to respond to questions. working with her and her team was exceptionally good. As a first time buyer and first time re-financer she outlined the steps very clearly and kept me updated throughout the process.
