Really bad staff attitude. Screaming in the phone and told me. "We dont accept outsides (!!!) and our waiting list is for Sep 2022. $4300 if you want" Terrible first impression!

I cannot make an appointment using their horrendous messaging system. They only take messages for cancellation? No other options offered. Hit zero and you get unvalid entry.

A dreary little private clinic off the Decarie Expressway, with a distinctly third world and mercenary approach, in my experience.
In my experience, I find one does far better at a humble CLSC than at Cardiogenix. That is despite the fact that they style their service as a "Premium" service.
From a management point of view, Cariogenix management do not have the slightest grasp of service quality management criteria and principles universally accepted for over a hundred years.

Was a patient at Cardiogenix for seven years. Dr. Oomen and Cheryl are fabulous. Incredibly professional and friendly and more importantly proactive. I am moving to Ontario or I would still be a member. I highly recommend Cardiogenix.

Dr Sandhurst was my doctor, my file had been transferred to her from the free clinic downstairs. I agreed to pay for membership and visits, because I was not feeling well. As a cancer survivor I worried. Dr Sandhurst did not, first I was directed to the physiotherapy (pay visit) for my body pains and given antidepressants and vitamins for my tiredness. My luck is that other doctors (free) did worried about my synthoms order pertinent test and discovered and advanced form of lymphoma. Before a schedule visit with dr Sandhurst I called and informed the office of my diagnosis, Dr Sandhurst did not

I was a patient at Cardiogenix since May 2012. I had received good service until I got a kidney stone in February 2017. The pain started on Sunday, February 19. I was in extreme pain for 5 days, all day all night. Needly to say, I hardly slept for 5 days. I called the clinic and got an appointment for Friday, February 24 at 4:00 PM. The pain was so bad coupled with nausea and vomiting that I went to the emergency at St. Mary's early Friday morning.
I had a CT scan at 2:00 PM and the result showed that I have a kidney stone. I told the emergency doctor that I was a patient at Cardiogenix

I was to attend for my first consultation after my file got transferred from the wonderful MCIM after its closing. Rainy weather and excess traffic made me only 15 minutes late (after a 1 hour drive.) Even after a phone call to notify the clinic that I would be 15 mins late I arrive and am immediately told in an extremely argumentative and rude fashion that the doctor can't see me even for 10 minutes and I have to reschedule. As someone who is used to the warmth of the support staff from the MCIM i am surprised of this attitude within private health care, the fact that this was in regards to a
