Dr. Bercier is among the doctors who do the most vasectomys a year and no one is as efficient and precise as him. You'll be in and out in less than 20min if you're looking to get the snip. I did, and he was courteous, professional and relatable.

First appointment at this private clinic. Very helpful staff from when you walk in very helpful nurses. And very thorough Dr Gagne that I saw. Made me feel at ease I am very happy and pleased.
And also the receptionist are prompt helpful I would like to say Terri for her help and everyone else at this clinic for their help.
Well thanks to entire staff for your help. Very helpful nurses and receptionist.

Tried to call them for a minor emergency for my elderly father and no one is picking up after multiple attempts and their phone menu is very confusing. I would expect this from a CLC but not a private clinic. If their poor customer service reflects the quality of the service I would avoid them like you avoid the Covid.
