Highly recommend. These guys are Honda experts and took the time to look at my 94' Yamaha Timberwolf; something they don't usually service. Got it back before the weekend and she starts and idles flawlessly with the first touch of the e-start. They give you the entire run down and walk you through the entire invoice, even inviting me into the back shop to see the battery stock to put me at ease with their service. A+, I'll be back if they agree to look at a Yammy again, haha.

Waited a month for a part to come in and confirmed the correct part number with them. After being called that it was in, confirmed that it was the part I ordered and drove 1 hour to pick it up. Surprise, wrong part that wasn't close to what was ordered. Don't know what went wrong but I'm done with Honda.

Ordered our Honda ATV a month or so back, salesman was professional, and promptly responded to any inquiries of status on the order and any questions we had. Bought a Pioneer 500 and I must say, Matt and the team have been nothing but extremely helpful, knowledgeable and supportive.
I first came in looking for an ATV and quickly set eyes on this sxs. They worked with me and were able to get everything completed and delivered in a fair timeframe.
As a result, my old man came and bought a P1000 because I shared my experience.
I highly recommend checking out Orillia Motorsports. They have a wicked bike selection and offer the best sxs and atv’s.

Buyer beware ! They will tell you everything you want to hear in front if you and do whatever they want to do behind your back. They will sell you one thing and give you another. They will not answer your phone calls or emails. The manager is the most unprofessional sales person I have ever come across. Take your $ elsewhere or you will be sorry !

Terrible experience. Do not respond to multiple emails. Original sale was unprofessional. Sold car without topping fluids after saying everything was topped up and ready to go. Brought attention to a displaced air vent in which case it looks like they took a crow bar to the centre console leaving scratches and dents. We brought another… discrepancy to their attention and they said they would look into it but they have yet to respond to any emails. It’s a great vehicle... after having to take it to other professional mechanics, I would not recommended this place at all.

I paid to have my motorcycle certified and have maintenance done. They quoted top end work of the engine, maintenance on brakes and clutch, repairing intermittent horn, changing final drive fluid, and replace front tire. After 4 months of waiting, the engine still needs work, they adjusted the valves with no noticeable difference to anything and didn't communicate this when my expectation was they would be doing top end work to address the noticeable ticking. The clutch work they did made it worse, it now does not disengage the clutch enough to shift clearly. Brakes are great, so far. For the horn
