Worst customer service! I've been to places that treat customers bad but this place deserves an award from talking over customers to ignoring what the customer is trying to say its quite sad!

Barrie Harley has been taking care of my FLHTC since I moved to Innisfil and is one of the best in service.

Service, Sales, Parts Dept.,Motorclothes. They all treat me like I am the only customer they have. They've looked after my '03 Fat Boy, my '09 Ultra Classic and I'm about to be ordering a '22 Tri Glide from them. A top notch, A1 organization!

Recently had a clutch issue, parts dept was able to help me identify the correct part (FLHTP so it varies), and help me locate another required part out of stock, but in stock at another dealer. Service helped me connect the cable to the release cover. May sound like an every day task but, your staff was able to help me where another dealer unfortunately wasn't committed to service. Excellent service, knowledgeable and courteous with the entire process, thank you!

Easily the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. Jennifer in sales is great and very knowledgeable. Jill and Eyrca in finance also so helpful and made the whole purchase experience a great one. The entire staff from store front sales to the service department were ready to assist in any way needed. I highly recommend the nearly 4 hour drive.

Really well maintained dealership. This place is bright, clean, and open with several bikes to chose from and test out. The layout of the dealership was easy to follow and flowed really well. The staff member that served us was surprisingly unhappy considering she works at a HD dealership. Having work at one myself we were expected to be somewhat pleasent when dealing with customers. It did say 'administration' on her name tag so maybe shes not used to front facing foot traffic. Overall we were happy with out purchases.

Biker Beware!
called because I needed a new battery for my bike. A HOG Life Time member, one of their HOG chapter members, have CAA, AND extended warranty and got a bill over $500 to replace dead battery! When asked for an explanation, just got this is what it cost! Asked to speak with service manager and "sorry he's in a meeting." Spoke with finance person and was told "that's your bill, pay it!" WOW

It's a nice Harley Davidson if not difficult to find. You can see it from the highway, but getting there requires traveling through a maze of shopping center parking lot. One you arrive you will find your standard Harley. Nominal curb appeal. The inside is a little more impressive. I just go for the poker chips.
