What you need to pick up your vehicle Report

You must provide proof of vehicle ownership; government issued identification and pay all towing and storage fees before your vehicle will be released. Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Please arrive before 4:30 PM to complete all the necessary paperwork. Your vehicle will be sent to ASVP, which is a government program for Alberta seized vehicles which have been abandoned in impound lots.

Very professional, went over and above his duties to get my truck off a back road in the middle of no-where to a shop to be repaired. Road Side Assistance gave him the complete wrong location of my truck. Rather than pass it off to someone else he went out of his way to come and get me and make sure I was safe and not stranded into the evening. I greatly appreciated the service provided and cannot recommend John (the driver) or Yellow Hook any more. 5 star without question.

Having locked my key in my truck and not setting the door code on my new truck I had to call to have it opened. John ( Yellowhook Towing) arrived within 30 min and had the door open in about 2 min. Excellent service. Highly recommended auto salvage as well.

Yellow Hook Towing got my tow job from BMW Roadside Assistance. The driver, Rory, was on time, professional, and enthusiastic. I contacted him when my car got to the dealer and he responded then, too. Very good tow operator, thanks!

Got into a bit of a situation truck kicked the bucket and were hauling a fully loaded trailer...Friendly, fast, efficient service, really went above and beyond what I expected. Meant a lot especially in a really tough situation. Hope I never need to call for a tow again but they'd definitely be my first call!

Quick service !
My husband and I found out our car had a tire flat at 9 p.m . We tried to call few towing companies and they said the driver will take 3-4 hrs to come over. We called “Yellow Hook” and They pick up really quick and the driver showed up in 15mins!!!!!
Fair price!
The driver is a super nice guy named Rory. He checked our tire and told us we put spare tire Backward. He only spent 5 mins to replace the spare tire for us! We saved a few hundred dollars. He only charged us for spare tire replace fee!
High recommend Yellow Hook!

My car broke down, and YH came fast to assist me within 20mins eventhough it was past midnight, replacing my tires. John is efficiently fast with great customer care in mind. I would definitely recommend this company.

We were stuck just past the Gleichen with a dead vehicle. I called a couple of numbers from Google and they either did not answer or had to come from Calgary. Then I called Yellow Hook and asked for a estimate for a tow to strathmore and they came in 30 min. The driver was very friendly and helpful. They honored the quote and even dropped my wife off were her mother was. I would definitely recommend them if you require a tow in the Strathmore area.

Riding my motorcycle in early summer had some electrical issues and had to have it towed into the dealer. Roadside assistance called and dispatched yellowhook. These guys knew they were coming to pick up a bike and sent a wrecker. The guy that loaded my bike says I've hauled bikes for 20 yrs. so I trust him. He loads me up and the next day I get a call from the dealer saying there's extensive damage to the bike. I talked to John; he promises to repair the damage... never heard from him again.
