If you told me on the phone that it would be $140 to get my car battery a boost I would've called a cab. I feel very taken advantage of. The way the economy is right now you should be clear on the phone !! that was all of my grocery money ! I would not recommend this company for anything car battery related. Robbery!

Rip off. Dispatch told me $55 plus $10-65 for more difficult unlocks if they need special tools and if it takes a long time. Guy shows up and had my door unlocked in under 2 mins. He then tried to charge me $120 plus gst plus 3% for paying with credit card. I told him to lock the door and I'd call someone else. He then said $75. What a shady operation. Never again.

I was visiting Canada for a couple of weeks, driving through Calgary.
My rental car, which wasn't the best one, didn't start when i was not too far from Calgary. I searched YELP and found SWIFT TOWING. once I called, they arrived very quickly, gave me a jump start, and recommended me on a good place to buy a battery. good fast service !!

Before you call this company, you should know that it is $90 for a boost. They don't tell you that before they come. They even hung up while I was asking. Call a friend first.
When he showed up, the boost didn't work. He said it was my battery which is only as ridiculous as it is impossible. It turned out to be the alternator. I was still charged the full $90. They gave me a "reduced" price for a tow due to the boost not woking. I called a different tow company and they charged me $50 less than their "reduced" price and came right away.
