SAME DAY SERVICE! i have to admit i never expected men that got their hands dirty all day to be so kind and helpful. We had so much stuff and when the truck was full we still had way more junk to get rid of. The guys squeezed in as much junk into the load and then helped organize getting a second truck out there right away. they even helped negotiate the price for me and added a seniors discount! I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

The same day pick up was great. however they showed up an hour later then the two hour window they gave. one of the guys made creepy comments about my neighbour when she was walking into the building and within earshot. apparently they didnt know it was for two items even though i told the dispatcher what was to be picked up, was quoted a price, and told there was an additional $30 discount. however the price was higher then quoted even after the 'discount' which i dont think the guy gave us as my boyfriend called him out for being a creep. when we called and asked to speak to a manager we were

What a scam. Quoted me as 200 dollars for removal of a mattress, box spring and couch. They loaded the items in the truck, which was already full and said it was a 1/4 load and was 625 dollars. I told them to take the items out, the took cash at a reduced rate, but still more than double what they quoted me. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM OPERATION. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I would give zero stars if possible, who lies and charges more than triple the quote, then takes cash in hand. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!

After calling a few other companies i'm so happy i got junk wiz to do the job, they were so pleasant to deal with from the first phone call and really professional from the work they did to the uniforms they wore, all in all a great company, they even offered me $45 off my next service! will definitely using them in the future.
