This day and age is hard to find honest and reliable service. I had a queen size mattress that needed to be recycled/removed out of my apartment (MIL is coming in town...we all know that drill to clean asap). I gave Joey a call and he advised he was able to help on the same day. I called at 9:49am. They were coming from Langley. They advise approx arrival at 11:15am. They arrived a few minutes early which is great! Quick and easy. Fair rate as I understand there's a surcharge on mattress recycling in Vancouver and it was inside my apartment (not curb side). Great customer service. Appreciate

Nothing but positive things to say about JJR! Found myself in quite a bind today in regards to disposing of some Household items before a last minute transfer out of the country for 5 months. I called Joey. First time: no answer. Sad face. So I left a message and he called me back within about 3o minutes. Though he had a previously booked appointment, he, very kindly listened to my woes, then decided to help me out even though that had an impact on his already planned schedule. It was super easy contacting Joey to set up the initial appointment, and on the day of, him as his co-worker were super friendly, and on time. We had half a garage full of junk including some junk in the backyard and he did an awesome job of fitting everything in the truck. Super-efficient, friendly and even did his best to find a home for our old lawnmower. 10/10 would recommend!

My family and I did a bunch of renovations to our shed and backyard recently. We had piles of junk that we needed to remove before Christmas so we gave Joey's Junk a call. Joey was very polite and gave me a quick quote over the phone based on what I explained. The price sounded great so we scheduled a pick up for the next day.

The following day Joey and his employee, Ramsay arrived right on time. They were super friendly, speedy, hardworking guys that didn't leave a speck of debris. Joey charged exactly what we discussed over the phone - there were no hidden fees!

I will definitely
