What an awesome experience! Wonderful service and delightful food! Loved the BOCCONCINI COPERTI to start, enjoyed the grilled chicken and finished with the tiramisu! Will go back when I'm in town next! I'll have to try the pizza and pasta dishes my friends had. The service was great and the food was out if this world.

This joint is easy to pass by, but inside is a gem. Awesome staff and awesome Pizza/food with some gluten free options as well. Ragazzi is top 2 in Edmonton for best pizza, they're not number 2. Awesome.

Best hole in the wall pizza place. Building is non-descript, but you go in and the place has a good vibe. Staff are awesome - all great people. The pizza is best in the city - and I'll fight anyone who says otherwise! Pasta is top notch. Their insalata mista (just a salad) is surprisingly good and filling - my wife and I often just run in for a salad each and some meatballs (if we're watching our weight), or we split a large pizza. The other go-to is the lasagna. Overall one of the best spots in the city.

One of my favourite places in Edmonton. Everybody talks about Tony's but I personally believe Ragazzi's is better. Check it out for yourself

This is straight up the best pizza in Edmonton and the staff is extremely friendly. I've eaten here and taken out multiple times and can't complain about anything. I keep wanting to try the pasta but the pizza is too good not to get!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Every time I visit Ragazzi, we always leave smiling and satisfied. Everyone working there is always extremely friendly, saying hello and asking how our day was even through the kitchen window. Despite the few reviews complaining about the crust, personally I love it! Their ingredients are always fresh, the food hot, and everything is always delicious. They really make us feel like family. It's an amazing place to go for any occasion, and doubts about the price are dissolved with the amazing food. Definitely a place to visit. There&apos

Came here with a larger group, food was not the complaint but mainly the service. It took sometime to get our order in with the waitress. Then we noticed all the tables received breads as starters except our table so I asked one of the staff if we were able to get ours. He responded non-apologetically, "depends on what you ordered, you only get it if you order pasta". Which half our table did order pasta...however, ironically the table sitting right beside us only ordered pizza yet were sitting there munching on their bread beforehand. Strange. To top it off, took over an hour to get

We went out for a pre-christmas dinner with another couple. They had heard us rave about Ragazzi's before and wanted to try it. They were not disappointed. From the stunning Christmas tree, the delicious food and charming service, it was a delightful evening. Our friends are now converts. It was Tues night but the place was buzzing. Not a free table till after 830pm. Happy we made a reservation.

We had kind of a lukewarm experience at Ragazzi. Definitely a cool little place, the decor is very nice and has a warm, Italian restaurant kind of feel. The service was friendly, but when a meal was "forgotten", there was no offer from the server of any kind of explanation or apology, nor was there any compensation for the error. The food itself was not bad, but, in this reviewer's opinion, certainly not the best pizza I have ever had. I always judge the quality of pizza by the ingredients and the crust. The crust was a thin crust but kind of "cracker-ey". The toppings

I came here for lunch recently. Overall, I enjoyed the experience - nice decor, service, and atmosphere. I tried their Pescatora. Proportion of everything was nice: shrimp, clams, and linguine. The linguine was fresh and the shrimps were quite sweet. However, the entire dish was slightly saltier than expected. One thing to note is that they also have a lunch portion that has less food and is also a few dollars less than the regular

Since being home from our European tour, me and my sister have been on the hunt for authentic Italian food (read: no more Olive Garden!!!). So for her birthday, I googled places where we can get an Anchovy pizza as that was what we frequently ordered when were on our trip. Ragazzi was my husband's recommendation as he had lunch here previously with former co-workers.
First up, the service was very prompt and friendly. Our server Emma answered our questions about the food readily and helped us make decisions especially since me and my sister was torn between the Pizza Toscana (Anchovy pizza

Best of everything as usual.
Table for 4 reserved. Ready upon our early arrival.
Drinks arrived quickly. Just wine and beer, so nothing fancy. They don't have draught beer.
We had the calamari and antipasto plate to start. Both were lovely.
Our pizza selections were the margarita and the deluxe. The only thing that could make the deluxe pizza better would be the addition of mushrooms. Since the pizza boys don't like customers screwing with their ingredients, don't even ask.
The margarita pizza was good, but they could have used more basil.
The spinach salad with added

If I could give half stars, I would give this one a 4.5. First of all, they were willing to do their best to accommodate our party of 8 during the busy Christmas season right at the time that restaurants were full with parties. The restaurant we originally chosen was closed for a private affair, and so this was close by. So happy that we stumbled onto here. The pizza was excellent. Love the crust. I tried the Davide's Inferno which as promised was super spicy. I often order things that are described at "spicy" only to be disappointed. This time I was not. My husband ordered "

Been here many times. Very, very good thin crust NY style pizza. New York Spice is superb, as is the Margarita.

Service, however is usually pretty bad. Inattentive, which is really odd, especially when the place is only half full. Only one waitress available. Always thought that these guys just had bad luck with their wait staff, and then realized the problem is that the kitchen staff are always seemingly trying to chat up the waitresses and distracting them from serving the customers.

Hey, guys in the kitchen! This is a workplace, not a singles bar! Let the waitress do their job, so you can

Came here for a work supper with a supplier. It is much nicer inside than it looks outside. Had some of the best bruschetta for an appetizer. For my meal I had lasagna. It was good but a bit short on sauce. Others had pizza and were really happy with their choices. They have a seafood pizza I want to come back to try.

This cute little place looks a little like a dive on the outside but the inside is very quaint. The service was good; we never had empty glasses. Very nice mood and wasn't too loud we were there. Appetizers were phenomenal. I had the calamari and my fiancee had the soprano bread. Both are a must try! Our entrees were not bad but a bit plain considering it followed such fantastic Appetizers. We had the spaghetti with meatballs and the butter cream fettuccine with chicken. Overall I think we'd come back! Perhaps next time we'll try the pizza!

The crust on this pizza is unprecedented for me. This is a perfect mix of meat, cheese, crust, and a delectable tomato sauce mixed by Jesus Christ himself. I don't know what's in the food, but this restaurant makes me pissed off that I'm from Calgary.

How do you so this?

Had a large godfather. Girlfriend had a glass of wine. Place was perfect.

Good pizza in Edmonton sure is a hard thing to find. The only place that pops into my mind is Tony's Pizza Palace (sorry not sorry Famosa, Lovepizza, insert any other crappy chain restaurant). Well, my Italian bud L was craving pizza so he suggested we try out Ragazzi Bistro Italiano. Originally beginning as Pizza Boys, they changed their name to the Italian equivalent of boys and the rest is history. Family run and off the beaten track, it sounded like we would be in good hands for our Wednesday evening dinner.

You'll find Ragazzi east of the main strip of Whyte. I've never spotted

I came here with a group recently and although we arrived at slightly different times and didn't know at first exactly how many of us would be present, the eight of us were seated relatively quickly and while the business served us relatively slowly given the size of our group, and they were out of soup, the food was absolutely delicious once it did arrive! Plus, I loved the fact that they offered a good selection of non-alcoholic beverage options that are traditional to Italy -- like Chinotto for example!

The salad, bread, and pasta I had was wonderful. It was a great evening with friends
