We had a great experience working with De Krup law since 2018. They made every transaction, (buying, selling and refinancing) of our properties smooth and easy. I am a first time home buyer and the process was quite overwhelming because there were so many things I didn't know. When I learned that I'll need a lawyer I simply Googled for real estate lawyers in my area and found De Krupe Law.
I was a little anxious choosing a lawyer I didn't know anything about but the Google reviews looked great so I decided to go for it.
The process was very smooth. Stan explained everything very well and was responsive with answering my questions. On closing day I even received my keys earlier than expected! The fees were also very reasonable and overall the experience

Before I met Stan I was trying to find a real-estate lawyer close our cottage purchase in South Bruce Peninsula. Nothing just bad luck everywhere else.
At De Krupe Law you could expect the best service out there. Fair fees, no surprises, but above it all they welcomed us into their Home Office and explained every detail we needed to know about the Purchase.

I bought a house in Newmarket and used De Krupe Law for the first time for both sides of the transaction (sale of my old house and purchase of new new house). I was very impressed with all aspects of the transaction. Stan's communication was quick and thorough. He even replied to my emails on weekends. He took the time to explain things to me and I feel well represented.
