I ordered a part, they asked for the money to be e-transferred ( $200), so I did. Two days later they informed me they couldn't supply the part and that a refund would be sent back to me. Over Two weeks later after 5 phone calls and being left on hold for 10-20 minutes each time, I finally received the refund. If I hadn't persisted I likely would not have been refunded. Terrible business practice.

Not recommended at all, Ash who answer the phone, very rude ignorant, I have to call so many times asking for a part and keep telling me that she will call me back, after 5 hours she answered and being rude on the phone, not recommended this place, go spend your money somewhere else with people who have better customer service skills and more respectful👎👎👎👎
