I've been pulling wrenches on all mine and a lot of my friends and their friends vehicles for a little longer than 30 years now. The Imperial st. location Westcan is the fastest and most efficient parts store I've ever dealt with since moving to the mainland 6 years ago. I recommend this store to anyone that mentions needing a part for a vehicle. Phone ahead for the parts you need and if they're not in-house they'll have them there from their warehouse in 2hrs, everytime. I really doubt that other reviewer actually stepped inside the door letalone had to chase them down for anything. Knowledgeable

Ordered a premium air filter based on the knowledgable staff, never got the call back for pick up (ordered in from other location eta 3hrs ie same day) so I showed up no one could find they're as with their hands much less my filter. Spent 15 min waiting to find out they would to re-order...I went to Ford np there...

Prompt service.ordered a bike hitch to be delivered to another location same day. It arrived under 2 hours. I called the location where to pick up and asked about installation nearby. There happened to be an automotive shop next door. I purchased the hitch and brought into the shop to install.unfortuantely it would be a big job and lots of labour costs. They would need to remove the bumper as well furthermore the parts are not fitted right.i had to return item.

Bad experience with them! Dear costumers careful with WEST-can auto parts invoice and policy returns. Huge prices comparing with others, even same products! They have hidden returns policy. Please, have look on the very bottom part of the invoice where is written TERMS and if you think to return please, put them to write what they say. I parched some stuff which valued $270 and when I returned 2 days later ,because I found exactly the same product at two twice lower price on Amazon ,they just have stolen $40from my money saying that the policy is to do rules at their convenience.
