Over the past few years we've had Jim and his crew work on two homes that we owned in Oakville and Burlington and highly recommend this company! We had interior waterproofing done on one, as there was no easy access to the foundation, and exterior work done at the other....both jobs done very well and for a very fair price. Highly recommend Jim and his crew. They were everything you expect from a service provider. They responded quickly to inquiries, kept us informed on the timelines, touch based periodically to let us know how timing was going, gave ample notice about arrival times and completed work as promised on time and on budget. couldnt ask for more. this is twice now that i have had the exact same high level of service. I have had higher quotes and lower quotes from others but they were the best for attention to detail.

An absolute pleasure dealing with Crackmasters. We had three foundation cracks in our basement that required fixing. Tina, Jim and Jose responded to all the questions I had. Jose was fantastic in fixing all the cracks and took the time to explain the end to end process. It took him almost 4 hours (from start to finish) to fill up all the cracks. He was courteous and great to deal with. Highly recommended!

I contacted Crackmasters after finding them on Google. We had an old basement crack that had been previously repaired by another firm before we bought the house, and it had started leaking. I had some water coming into my basement and wanted to get to the root of the problem and fix it so I could one day finish the basement. I had 2 other companies come & say my only option was to install an internal weeping tile system that would go to my sump pump. The amount of water I had coming in was so minimal that it would evaporate before even making its way to the sump pump.

I highly recommend Crackmasters! It all started this past winter, when the rain, combined with the snow melt, resulted in water coming into my basement. I'm fairly lucky the cause wasn't anything major, but Tina was prompt and courteous when arranging the appointment and service. Jose was extremely polite and professional with the initial assessment and subsequent repairs. They had to come back a few times to fix other issues, (which, by the way, were all a result of the home builder). Communicated with Tina over the phone/email and she helped me locate the exact position of the crack. Once that was done, a couple of options were provided and I chose to go with their polymer injection method.
Jose came over to do the job soon after and was bang on time. Explained his process and got right to work. Cleaned up after himself and asked me to test it after 24hrs. It's been a few week since then and I'm happy to report that despite my aggressive testing (with garden hose) and some heavy rainfall, the seal
