I recently purchased a 2021 jeep wrangler. I had a great experience with all the sales team, managers and finance staff. There were a couple hiccups because of covid, but the team pulled it off in the end. They definitely tried there best to make my experience a great one.
Edgar even texted me when he was off sick to make sure things were going smoothly. I appreciate everything they did to help me purchase my dream vehicle. Hiccups aside I left with my jeep and a smile!

My wife and I went to test drive the Chrysler Pacifica and we’re immediately greeted by Kal who explained the vehicle in detail to us and sent us on a test drive. When it came to purchasing the vehicle he went above and beyond to make sure that we were pleased with our new purchase. He even came in on his day off to deliver the van and explain all of the functions.

I needed to buy a car fairly quickly because I work out of my car and sadly my previous one was no more. I saw an ad listed online so knew before going that I was going to get one there. When I walked in Kal (the salesman) was wonderful, we test drove the vehicle and got all the details squared away. Paul (the business manager) was a completely different story. Had us sit in his office with the door closed, no mask on his face - during a pandemic! When I mentioned this to him, he didn't care. He took his time and talked. Great experience with Jeff and Rod…they made me feel like family from the moment I arrived! Jeff and Rod worked very hard to find me the exact vehicle I wanted and went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I didn’t tell them it’s my dream truck and have wanted one for years until the deal was done though…can’t play all your cards ;)

Lack of transparency and poor service. I went in to buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Altitude package in August. The first issue I faced is lack of transparency when i sold them my vehicle to trade it for a new one, I told them the price that I wanted it to sell it for and they agreed to give me that price, at the siging agreement it was lower by 2,000 dollars and they started changing their words. 2. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was excellent. No issues whatsoever. Our new Jeep was ready to go sooner than expected and everyone was very thorough in making sure we were getting exactly what we asked for.

Recently inquired about trading in my Caravan for a Ram 1500. I received excellent customer service from both the salesman and the sales manager in finding me the best options and deal for my trade-in. They went over and beyond to insure that I got the best deal while paying close attention to detail when it came to receiving my new truck and ensuring it’s condition was ideal! The sales manager even threw in a new set of winter tires after the deal was made because he found the current tires were not as good condition as he thought.

Went to get brand new winter tires installed at a garage that has been in business over 40 years that I used for years. They said lower ball joints done so he will not install tires because he can not guarantee tires because in approx 1000km they tire will be done(shop can see damage to my tires I have on now, and when I drive truck I can feel it is the front end) & (the shop knows I have extended warranty on truck and has 0 to gain if I get them changed or not) And Dodge charged me 84.19$ to inspect said they are ok. So bring truck home and check myself and they are done. take to dodge

Bought a car here last week, please avoid the place. you're only valuable when you they want your business, once you sign the paper you will be treated poorly!!! i was given a wrong VIN on my registration, Ive been driving the car for a few days, i got a call from this dealership, when in the dealership and I was arrogantly told i should be "thankful" that they found the mistake, this kind of mistake shouldn't happen if they're doing their JOB.

These guys will look you in the eye and lie to your face. Handed me a list of repairs that was about $5,000 more than was warranted and, upon inspection, was designed to take the most money for the least amount of work. Seemed suspicious that they wanted to repair absolutely everything on the front wheels and front axle until another mechanic confirmed that they were just throwing work and charges on the list where it would be easiest to access. Purchased a used vehicle from this location recently. The experience with the salesperson and the sales manager are the only ones saving this from a 1 star rating. After sitting and waiting around about an hour and a half to finalize the deal, the finance manager was extremely discourteous to both myself and my spouse because they did not like the fact that I told the person that we were not interested in rust protection for the vehicle (even if it was "free"). Had serious schedule 5 service completed a couple months ago. immediately following, I encountered brake issues and sound coming from a caliper. I had to leave the country, but upon returning I called and inquired if they could handle this under my previous service, which they agreed to.

Excellent customer service and understanding of the customer's needs.
They have a wide variety of cars/trucks to chose from. The salesmen do not seem like sharks and they give you your space which is quite appreciated!
The reasons I did not give a full 5 stars is because they have a receptionist who never know anything, she only know when the dealership and service centre close but other than that she is unable to provide you with any other information (over the phone), in person she was busy on her cell and she did not acknowledge customers who are there to spend big bucks.

Nobody is as arrogant, impersonal or inept as Dilawri, so I guess it's accurate.Their catch-phrase actually doesn't imply that they will deal WELL with you....and I never thought of that until my experience.
I've always wanted a Wrangler and they had a black 2008, (108K KMS) Rubicon model on the lot with upgraded black wheels that I quite fancied for $16,975...it had some painted over rust...which I was mostly ok with. I brought in
