I wanted to take this opportunity to voice my displeasure with a Mazda vehicle we purchased. Our 2010 Mazda 5 was purchased in 2011 (Kanata Mazda) and we noticed rust on the two rear wheel wells of the vehicle within the 5 year warrantee period. We brought it in for servicing at Kanata Mazda in Ottawa and they sent the car out to fix the rust (Sept 11, 2015). However, shortly afterwards, we noticed the rust had come back. I reached out to Regis (service manager @ Kanata Mazda) and he mentioned that he could not help us as we were outside of the 5 year warrantee window. The rust of the wheel well

Really sad car dealership. The sales manager, Gianni, is a slimey repulsive creature that attempts to manipulate you using obviously rehearsed techniques. Unfortunately, it seemed impossible to avoid him. The salesperson I dealt with was nice, but kept pulling in this lizard when we got close to a deal.

They are only interested in selling what is on their lot. This is a problem, because most people want a variant hat is not there.

I bought at the Carling dealership, which is awesome

Despite her reticence, they implied it would void her warranty if she didn't pay them to do it (false). They then charged her $250 for a brake inspection on brakes that had just been cleaned, adjusted and verified as good at another mazda dealer. This would have been purposeful as it was in their system. These guys are crooks - next thing you know they
